This Adega Mayor Rosé, harvested at the peak of summer, is a testament to the meticulous approach of winemakers Rui Reguinga and Carlos Rodrigues. Sourced from Alentejo vines basking in the Iberian sun, the Pinot Noir grapes were handled with the care they deserve – gently pressed and treated with the finesse expected of the variety. The slow fermentation, maintained between 14°C and 16°C, allowed colour and flavour to develop in perfect harmony. A light and refreshing wine, it’s absolutely perfect with grilled fish or a vibrant salad of fresh fruit.
