Descrição

“This Sancerre La Moussière is a testament to the Mellot family’s unwavering dedication – you can truly taste the passion. Careful hand-picking, using 25kg boxes, ensures a remarkably delicate extraction. The ‘severe table’ – referring to the vineyard’s particular soil – delivers a rosé of Pinot Noir brimming with the characteristic freshness of the Loire Valley, ideally paired with oysters or smoked salmon.”
