Planted just two decades ago in the charming Gratallops, this Garnacha-based vineyard – with a touch of Cariñena – delivers an elegance that’s immediately apparent. The 16 months spent aging in both oak barrels and *bocoyes* (clay amphorae), further enhances the wine’s texture, giving it a remarkably smooth, velvet-like quality, as if it’s been intimately embraced by the iron-rich schist.
