Bacalhôa Limited edition of 200 bottles, bottled 40 years after the 1983 harvest. Only time will tell when this extraordinary vintage will be bottled again. Everything starts with grapes of the Moscatel de Setúbal variety from our Serra da Ursa vineyard, located on the hills at the foot of the Arrábida, a terroir of excellence for the generous wines of the Setúbal DO. The harvest was completed at the end of October 1983, and the winemaking respected traditional practices. Since then, the wine has aged in one of our special cellars, where the natural thermal swings intensify the complexity and concentration of aromas and unique flavours among the generous wines of Setúbal. After 40 years, we decided to bottle this limited edition of 200 0.5 L bottles. Serving suggestion: perfect to finish a meal with strong cheeses, desserts (pairs particularly well with chocolate and bitter orange), coffee or after coffee. Allergen information Contains sulphites.
