Born in the heart of Estremoz, Alentejo, this white wine from Tiago Cabaço is a wonderfully understated testament to tradition – and a little bit of youthful daring, thanks to an eight-month barrel aging in French oak. It’s a wine intensely rooted in its terroir, built around a careful blend of Oarzelho grapes. Quite rightly, Tiago is becoming known as one of the Alentejo’s most reliable and exciting producers, and this bottle is a perfect example – ideal with grilled fish or game.
