Boizel This is a complex and very delicate rosé champagne, born in the heart of Champagne’s finest red‑wine terroirs, in the villages of Cumières in the Marne Valley and in Les Riceys, the southernmost vineyard of the appellation on the Burgundy border. The Rosé Absolu blend is dominated by Pinot Noir (40 %), chosen for its character and finesse. Chardonnay (30 %) imparts refined elegance, while Meunier (30 %) provides a magnificent fruity fullness. Its beautiful color and red‑fruit aromas are achieved by adding 8 % Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine during blending. The wine ages for three years on lees, with a dosage of 7 g per litre and 30 % reserve wines, including 4 % reserve wines aged in oak barrels. Perfect for enjoying as a delicate summer aperitif, the Rosé Absolu is a delightful companion for cold meats or lamb, and it pairs beautifully with red‑fruit desserts.
