Boizel Champagne Boizel Brut Reserve is the ultimate expression of the Boizel family’s savoir‑faire and the ambassador of the house’s style. The blend showcases a balance between precision and complexity. Boizel Brut Reserve Champagne is magnificent as a generous aperitif and equally delightful throughout a meal. It is particularly enhanced with shellfish and grilled fish. Winemaking: The Brut Reserve cuvée is a blend of the three grape varieties from the Champagne region: 35 % Chardonnay, chosen for its floral bouquet and elegance; 40 % Pinot Noir, for its finesse and structure; and 25 % Meunier, for its fruitiness and roundness. The grapes used to produce Brut Reserve come from about thirty different crus. Only the juice from the first pressing is used. To the clear wine of the year, 40 % reserve wine is added, stored in large vats and barrels (about 4 %), from the two previous harvests. Aging: 3 years on lees.
