Brejinho da Costa: The reflection of the sun on the sea, the scent of wet sand, and the maritime breeze that drifts through the vineyard inspired this wine. Its elegance and complexity, combined with a soft, fresh mouthfeel, offer a unique expression of the terroir. The wine is fresh and elegant, showing an open colour and remarkable aromatic complexity. On the palate it is long, with velvety tannins that give a well‑structured body and mineral notes, resulting in a rich, intense and persistent finish. Grown from grapes hand‑picked and selected, they are immediately pressed gently in the cellar to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless‑steel vats at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C to safeguard the wine’s elegance and aromatic traits. It is then aged for six months in French oak barrels.
