This Bruno Giacosa Barolo Falletto is a masterclass in restraint and tradition, hailing from the vineyards of Serralunga. Primarily Nebbiolo grapes, aged between 29 and 33 years old – harvested on October 16th, 2021 – deliver a wonderfully controlled intensity and vibrant character. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 32 months in large French oak barrels, it perfectly embodies the producer's philosophy. As noted by *The Wine Independent*, the 2018 vintage already achieved an impressive 98/100 score, and this one promises an equally unforgettable experience – particularly well-suited alongside a robust bone.
