This “Cantando” from the Alentejo truly lives up to its name – it’s a wine that invites you to listen closely. Expect a medium-bodied red with noticeable tannins, bursting with ripe black fruit notes like plum and fig, underpinned by a surprisingly refreshing touch of spice, characteristic of the region's traditional Castas. The elegance of the Trincadeira is certainly present, complemented by a hint of Garnacha. Absolutely fantastic with a hearty roast, ideal for raising a glass to good company and, of course, good music.
