CARM The grapes were vinified at Quinta das Marvalhas’ cellar in Almendra, in the heart of the Upper Douro. The three varieties were chosen to combine the firm tannins of Tinta Roriz, the floral notes of esteva and the smooth tannins of Touriga Franca, with the aromas of black and wild fruits and the very pronounced fresh floral notes of Touriga Nacional. This wine pairs well with meat dishes, cheeses, and generally Mediterranean cuisine. 8 months of ageing in American and French oak barrels. Allergen information: contains sulfites.
