Precise temperature control and a total *desengace* process amplify the wine's complexity, revealing citrus and grapefruit notes with a long, persistent finish, as acknowledged by Robert Parker (88 points). It’s a wine that feels intrinsically linked to the schistous terroir, and pairs exceptionally well with grilled fish and seafood.
