This Saima sparkling wine from the Bairrada region is a delightful reminder that tradition can be wonderfully refined. The Baga grapes, generously incorporated, combine beautifully with the slow, meticulously controlled fermentation – up to 17°C, allowing the Chardonnay to fully mature – resulting in a sparkling wine with a true Bairrada character and a refreshing Bical touch. A patient 24 months on the lees ensures a sophisticated and impeccably balanced wine, perfect alongside fresh seafood or a celebratory oyster.
