The Durienses wines of Rui Roboredo Madeira are produced in the cellar located in São João da Pesqueira, where everything began in 1999. The first wine released was under the brand Castello D'Alba, which is still sold today. In one of the most remote parts of the Iberian Peninsula—between the Upper Douro and Beira Alta—the family passion for the aromas and scents of the land that shape his character was born. After years of experience and living in other parts of the world, Rui brings back to his roots what he has learned, launching his personal wine‑making project, always with the utmost respect for nature.
