The bottles of old wines may show dust traces and damaged labels, as is to be expected with their age. The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We curate a selection of brands/regions that, by standard, reveal distinct characteristics in vintage wine tastings. However, we note that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle, aromas evolve in different ways. Consequently, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years of closure.
