A rosé produced from the Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grape varieties, also known as Vermentino, displays a pale pink colour and a full, exuberant palate that is both dry and smooth at the same time. "Designed" by Sacha Lichine after his acquisition of Château d'Esclans in 2006, its aim was to create the finest rosés in the world, returning to the concept of the "Rosé Renaissance". Sacha introduced new and innovative winemaking techniques to Provence that revolutionised the styles of rosé produced there, leading to the creation of Whispering Angel, a world-class rosé that offers both ease and accessibility, making it enjoyable.
