This Château Gazin is a seriously steeped wine, born from vines with roots as old as the knights of Santiago. Predominantly Merlot (93%) with a dash of Cabernet Franc, it bursts with dark plum and black raspberry compote, beautifully accented by a hint of kirsch and surprisingly, a touch of wild mushrooms – a clear sign of the terroir. It's a full-bodied, energetic wine with a long finish, ideal for pairing with grilled beef or a perfectly roasted pork belly.
