The bottles of old wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, as expected for their age. The National Cellar stores all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, yet it deliberately preserves the visual appearance that comes with age. We select brands/regions that typically reveal distinct characteristics when tasting aged wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism; even in a bottle, its aromas evolve over time. Consequently, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our advice is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which helps release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
