The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, yet it always preserves the visual appearance that comes with their age. We select brands and regions that, as a rule, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we must point out that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed in a bottle, has aromas that evolve over time. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand, which will help release its natural aromas after many years of closure.
