Cortes de Cima A regional Alentejo wine that is a pure reflection of our terroir – the result of our commitment to regenerative practices, respectful pruning, reduced irrigation, and minimal intervention in the cellar. **Soil**: Decomposed clay classified as loamy, limestone, and sandy (60%) and decomposed clay classified as loamy, rocky, granite with quartz encrustations (40%) **Location**: Cortes de Cima, Vidigueira **Harvest**: An autumn with generous rainfall (555 mm) combined with a spring and summer of mild temperatures allowed us to achieve a vintage with balanced fruit and refreshing acidity. **Vinification**: Hand‑picked at night, spontaneous fermentation with 30 % whole bunches, two weeks of gentle maceration for limited extraction. **Aging**: Used French oak barrels and stainless steel. **Bottling**: Unfiltered, bottled in March 2024. **Awards** - 17/20 – Julia Harding / Jancis Robinson (2011 vintage) - Silver Medal – Mundus Vini 2016 - Silver Medal – Concours Mondial Bruxelles 2015 - Bronze Medal – International Wine & Spirit Competition 2015 - Bronze Medal – International Wine Challenge 2015 **Allergen Information** Contains sulfites.
