Curral Telles Kappa White Wine displays a light yellow color. Its aroma is fresh, clean, and invigorating, with herbal notes of rosemary and hints of apricot. On the palate it is generous and lingering, echoing the aromas described earlier. Rabigato is produced and bottled without added sulfur; it contains only the sulfites naturally produced by the yeast during fermentation. These grapes, from a vineyard situated at an altitude of 600 m, were pressed directly in a vertical press. Fermentation is spontaneous in barrels and tanks (50 % of the process), followed by completed malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled after ten months of aging.
