First harvest of this semi‑sweet white Viura, inspired by a style of wines already crafted at the end of the 1930s. The grapes were picked in December, seeking their noble rot. After fermentation and an extended aging in French oak, the result is a wine with a highly complex nose and extraordinary palate, marked by subtle sweetness and powerful acidity.
