Crafted from the native Bastardo da Serra da Estrela grapes, grown at an impressive 600 metres, this wine delivers a beautiful mineral freshness. The winemaking process, including 30% whole bunch fermentation and a 15-day maceration, creates a wonderfully complex, earthy character, perfectly balanced with vibrant red fruit flavours and that signature Estrela coolness.
