Chibirique pays homage, through its name, to the vineyard from which the Listán Negro grapes it uses are sourced. The plot is truly small, so production is very limited. When it opens, it will seduce you with its expressive profile and mineral, earthy and balsamic aromas—a magnificent chance to learn or deepen your knowledge of one of the Canary Islands’ most important red varieties, crafted by Suertes del Marqués, a reference winery on the islands.
