Encostas Do Peso Rosé

Descrição

Encostas do Peso embodies the stunning slopes of the Douro, the world’s most beautiful wine region. Made from the finest Douro grape varieties—Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca—this rosé has a distinctive cherry‑colored hue. It is lively and elegant on the nose, with red fruit and spice notes. On the palate it feels fresh and delicate, yet full-bodied with good structure, showcasing the complexity of older vineyards. Undoubtedly a versatile rosé, it balances acidity and mineral tones beautifully. The finish is long and persistent. An excellent aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with pâtés, baked fish, and white meats.
