Produced in the Bairrada DOC from the traditional varieties Bical, Cercial and Baga, the Vadio Bruto Brut Sparkling Wine emerges from vines planted on sandy and clay‑calcareous soils that authentically capture the region’s terroir. The wine is the result of a perpetual lot that began in 2007, with a new base wine added each year to create a continuously evolving aromatic and gustatory profile. This method grants it greater depth, complexity and character while preserving the wine’s original identity. With a limited run of 9,047 bottles, the Vadio Bruto stands out for its precision, freshness and elegance, offering a rigorous and contemporary expression of Bairrada’s sparkling tradition.
