Fundação Eugénio de Almeida Rosé is a rosé wine from Alentejo, Portugal, produced by Adega da Cartuxa. Vintage 2025. An Alentejo rosé from Adega da Cartuxa, part of the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida line, 2025 vintage, with 12.5% ABV. An Alentejo rosé is typically fresh and fruity, with red fruit and medium body. Serve well chilled, at around 8–10 °C, with starters, salads, grilled fish or seafood rice. Salmon-pink in colour. On the nose, strawberry and ripe red berries. On the palate, smooth, fruity and fresh. Pairs well with salads, sushi and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 7–10 °C. At 12.5% ABV, it comes in a 0.75 L bottle. This rosé shows best chilled, in a white wine glass. It is ideal for al fresco meals, snacks and light cuisine, and can accompany a meal from start to finish. Store the bottle lying down, in a cool, dark place without temperature fluctuations. Once opened, reseal it and keep it in the refrigerator to preserve its aromas.
