Produced from the Antão Vaz and Arinto varieties, this white wine displays a straw‑yellow hue with greenish undertones and an aromatic profile that highlights tropical fruit notes such as pineapple, with subtle citrus accents. On the palate it feels fresh, with a surprisingly mineral backbone, finishing pleasantly and with some length. Sul Estoril is a family‑run company based in the Alentejo town of Granja‑Amareleja, operating in winemaking since the 20th century under the Guadelim label. Their vineyards mainly grow Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro for reds, and Antão Vaz, Arinto and Viosinho for whites. Production is grounded in sustainability and environmental protection, with vines managed under an integrated production programme and the winery’s facilities powered by photovoltaic panels.
