The Serrano Mira family has been crafting quality wines for countless generations. On their estates they have preserved clay vats dating back to 1667, which were used as containers for wine production. The maternal great‑grandfather of the current owners was one of the three founders and the first president of the Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of the most promising wineries in Alentejo. The Mira brothers have followed the family’s wine activities from a very early age, and over time have absorbed vital experiences that shaped the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the birthplace of wines that reflect the history of a demarcated region that deeply affirms its characteristics and quality.
