The Serrano Mira family has been dedicated to producing quality wines for countless generations. On their estates, clay amphorae dating back to 1667, which were used as vessels for winemaking, have been preserved. The current owners' maternal great-grandfather was one of the three founders and the first president of the Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of the most promising wine cellars in the Alentejo. From a very young age, the Mira brothers followed the family's activities in the wine sector and, over time, absorbed experiences that were crucial to the development of the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the birthplace of wines that reflect the history of a demarcated origin region that deeply expresses its characteristics and qualities.
