This Hidrângue white, from Quinta das Hidrângueas, is a surprisingly elegant wine for the Douro – it’s got a really solid structure. The blend of Gouveio, Códega and Rabigato sings through, bringing a refreshing burst of local vineyard character. Seriously, it’s begging for grilled fish with lemon and extra virgin olive oil.
