The bottles of the aged wines may show dust residues and damaged labels, which is in line with their age. The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, yet it always opts to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, normally, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of old wines. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even inside a bottle, its aromas evolve in different ways. Accordingly, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, which helps release its natural aromas after many years of closure.
