Crafted from Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, this wine captures the essence of the region thanks to careful hand-harvesting and the meticulous selection of grapes in 20kg boxes. A gentle, controlled fermentation followed by a brief period in oak maintains the fruit’s freshness, making it a superb partner for traditional Douro dishes like rojões or a rich black pork.
