This Chardonnay comes from vines about 50 years old situated in the premier cru Montée de Tonnerre. Its production is distinguished by meticulous cold sorting followed by a split fermentation between stainless‑steel tanks and barrels, then 8–10 months of ageing. The result is a sharp, complex white where aromas of white fruit, anise, and brioche intertwine with a striking mineral note.
