On the nose, dried fruits—walnut, almond, and dried fig—dominate, joined by candied orange peel, honey, caramel, and subtle hints of spices and aged wood. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with good acidity that still gives it freshness despite its age, an enveloping texture and layers of evolved flavours. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent.
