The bottles of aged beverages may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is to be expected given their age. The National Wine Cellar commits to storing all drinks at the correct temperature and humidity, yet always opts to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that, by default, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of generous aged wines. However, we note that beverages exposed to the passage of time— even while sealed in a bottle—have aromas that evolve differently.
