This Luz, clearly born from our vineyards, suggests a rather… meticulous approach. Hand-harvested and transported in 25kg crates, it points to an almost obsessive level of care. The static pressing and decanting, followed by stainless steel fermentation with temperature control, clearly aimed for maximum purity – no surprises allowed. And, to ensure stability, the clarification and microfiltration before bottling are a testament to preventing any… unexpected developments. Wonderful with grilled white fish or a seafood salad.
