We are presented with one of Michel Chapoutier’s landmarks on the vertiginous hills of Hermitage. L'Ermite Blanc is a monovarietal wine from the native Marsanne grape, cultivated on a biodynamic estate, and in the 2020 vintage it shines with a nose that reveals citrus notes and an unrivalled mineral purity. The whites of this vintage are estimated to have a huge ageing potential. The wine is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2023.
