Born from vineyards in the Cima and Baixo Corgo, ranging from 200m to 750m above sea level, this wine reveals its soul with every effervescent bubble. Hand-harvested with 20kg boxes and a slow fermentation at 12°C, it meticulously preserves the complexity of the grapes.
