Manoella Region: Douro DOC Sub‑region: Cima Corgo Plot: A 58‑year‑old vineyard situated on a north‑facing slope at 600 m altitude, on granite soil. Grown with the varieties Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Codega do Larinho. Vinification: The harvest took place in perfect weather on 28 August. After careful selection, the grapes were destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation occurred in stainless‑steel vats and cement “ovo” at low temperatures over eight weeks. Racking on fine lees for seven months.
