Selected plots in the characteristic terroirs of the Luberon, composed of clay, limestone and gravel slopes. The vines are over 30 years old. A red wine made from Syrah and Grenache Noir grapes. It displays a deep ruby red colour. The nose is intense and elegant, with aromas of black currant, blackberry, raspberry and kirsch cherry. On the palate, the initial bite is focused on ripe fruit, then grows more complex. Body, roundness and good structure give length in the mouth, before unfolding into complexity with spicier notes.
