The winemaking process – with careful separation of the grapes and strict temperature control (22-25°C) – suggests a producer who absolutely refuses to compromise. The 40% oak aging, combined with the structure provided by Trincadeira and Aragonez, promises a complexity beautifully rounded out by the Castelão’s juicy fruit.
