Rubens Menin is one of Brazil’s most celebrated entrepreneurs, and together with his partner Cristiano Gomes they have come to the Douro to forge a new legacy of excellence. They purchased two spectacular estates on the riverbanks beside Crasto, as well as Horta Osório in Baixo Corgo. Now they are opening one of the country’s most modern wineries, relying on the brilliant enology of Tiago Alves de Sousa to deliver the new classics of the Douro.
