Inspired by the traditional foot-treading lagares, this wine boasts a robust character, balanced by a 50% oak aging – primarily French, with some American influence – which adds a subtle layer of sophistication. Initial aromas suggest cooked fruit, though the noticeable tannins indicate a wine that will benefit from further maturation. The team recommends pairing it with grilled beef.”
