Harvest sparkling wine, crafted with the first grape used in cava production, Mataró (Monastrell). Alta Alella sought to return to its origins with this refined rosé. A product of organic farming, made by the traditional method and aged for at least three years, its name derives from the union of Mireia and Georgina, daughters of Josep María Pujol‑Busquets, the company’s owner. Complex, flavorful, with good acidity, a light and fresh palate, and a lingering finish.
