M.O.B. A wine with a strong presence, yet very fresh and smooth. A seductive Dão with a velvety texture, born from old vines in Seia, located in one of the region’s coldest spots at the foot of Serra da Estrela. Senna is the name of the vineyard and the ancient name of Seia (4th century BC). The combination of altitude, soils and the grape varieties on the estate creates a perfect terroir for this M.O.B. Red, vinified in clay and stainless‑steel vats with limited extraction at low temperatures. It rested for 12 months in oak barrels. Enology: Francisco Olazabal, Jorge Moreira, Jorge Serôdio Borges.
