Tictac is produced over time, where nature is involved and is enhanced by the Syrah grape. After careful selection, the wine is fermented without haste, aging for a long period in used French oak barrels. Time and dedication to this wine resulted in a complex and engaging profile, with an intense garnet colour. On the nose, typical Syrah aromas stand out, with ripe dark fruits such as plum and blackberry, wrapped in spices, black pepper and subtle licorice notes. Hints of violets, dark chocolate and smoky nuances add depth to the whole. On the palate, it is full‑bodied and harmonious, with soft but present tannins, offering a perfect balance between freshness and structure. The finish is persistent, with notes of cocoa and spices lingering delicately. Monte Bluna begins its journey in the wine sector, originating from the Lisbon region, when it acquires a small plot of vines about 40 years old. The 6 hectares at altitude, bordered by the Atlantic and the Tagus, are now explored to create wines that express a unique and harmonious character, in total balance with the environment.
