The Serrano Mira family has been linked to quality wine making for countless generations. Their estates preserve clay vats dated 1667 that were used as wine‑making vessels. The maternal great‑grandfather of the current owners was one of the three founders and the first president of Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of the most promising cooperatives in the Alentejo. The Mira brothers have followed the family wine activities from a very early age, gradually absorbing essential experiences for the development of the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the birthplace of wines that reflect the history of a clearly demarcated area that firmly affirms its characteristics and qualities. The dedication with which they have been produced for generations gives them an unequalled and unmistakable body and soul.
