Navazos Colet P.F. is a sparkling wine that bridges the Jerez and Penedès regions, drawing from a Sanlúcar vineyard called Miraflores la Baja on one side and having been aged for twelve years in the Catalan Colet winery on the other. This wine is a rarity—no chaptalisation was added, and bottles of the same wine were used to replace what was lost during disgorgement. It is a small gem that conveys the depth and complexity of the long maturation of a Marco wine, as well as the freshness and vivacity characteristic of wines made by the traditional method. Only a little over a thousand bottles were produced.
