The Página Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on a 1.49‑hectare vineyard with the Óbidos designation of origin. Production places particular emphasis on environmental and health concerns, with the grapes coming from vineyards certified under Integrated Production standards, making up a selected and concentrated lot. After 50% of the lot is aged in French oak barrels for five months, it presents a lively salmon colour, elegant aromas of red fruit and a hint of toast. On the palate it reveals a crisp acidity and good body, finishing with freshness and persistence. Quinta do Porto Nogueira was founded in 1738, in the first half of the 18th century, and remained in the same family’s ownership until the second half of the 20th century. The current owners acquired it at the beginning of the 21st century. The 20 hectares of vineyard on the estate are planted on clay soils, influenced by the natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo and the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, about 20 km away. A dry‑farmed vineyard that combines unique characteristics, unrivalled freshness and a natural salinity. Thus, the wines are marked by their singularity. (Illustrative image only)
